GEORGE ADAMS
Director
George qualified as a chartered accountant in 2004 while working for Deloitte & Touche. He worked in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) department that specialised in the outsourcing of finance functions for UK companies.
He managed a portfolio of international companies with subsidiaries in the UK. The typical profile of a client was a large company in another country with a small to medium sized subsidiary in the UK - usually just too small to justify employing a full-time financial controller.
As the parent companies and their own finance teams were often based in another country, they appointed BPO to prepare the UK statutory accounts, liaise with external auditors, prepare the corporation tax returns, VAT returns and often also monthly management accounts and accounts payable.
His clients were from various countries around the globe, including USA, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Russia, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Germany, Czech, Austria, Switzerland, Japan, Australia, South Africa, New Zealand and the Middle East.
MELANE BOTHMA

Melane qualified as a chartered accountant in 2004 and have since then been rendering services for various international companies such as Schroders, UBS, New Star Asset Management and Travelex.
Her project roles were mainly involving the preparation and review of statutory accounts according to UK GAAP, IFRS and US GAAP, the preparation and review of monthly management accounts and VAT returns.
She has a wide range of experience from the rendering of external audits for small to medium sized companies, to preparing monthly management accounts and annual consolidated financial statements for large international property funds and companies.
